Welcome to the Spiritual Fitness Camp! 

Praise God — You are taking a step to improve your fitness, learn about healthier eating and gain some spiritual enrichment all in one.  Today you can take a pledge to love God, yourself, and others.  I thank God for you today and after this month, we will all Thank God together!  If you are ready to take the plunge, get ready, get set, Let’s Go!

Pledge

  • I promise to love God first
  • I promise to love myself
  • I promise to commit 30 days to improve my health
  • I promise I will eat according to my food plan
  • I promise I will work out at least 3 days a week.
  • I promise I will choose one additional workout per week of my choice to total 4 days per week
  • I promise I will come to my weekly progress sessions

Goal: To exercise in a spiritual group setting with individuals that are interested in improving their overall fitness and spiritual fitness. Our body is our temple.
